TimeLines

If an item is listed as ‘In Stock’, it will be shipped within 2 - 4 business days after purchase date.

Otherwise, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for the custom production of your piece before shipment, although I strive for less.  This is the time to let me know if you want to customize your piece in any way by contacting me here.  I will respond promptly and we can go forward from there!

You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Please Note: Although you will typically receive the item pictured, if it is not in stock and is created just for you, due to the handmade nature of each piece, your purchased item may differ slightly from the photographs shown. 

 

RETURNS

 

I hope you love your jewelry!  But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact me by filling out my contact form here.  In your message please state clearly why you are not happy!  (Please note that custom orders are not returnable or refundable).

We can work on making any changes you request or work out a return of the item for a full refund minus shipping charges. (Buyer is responsible for all costs of return shipping).

Refunds and exchanges are only available within 10 business days of receiving your purchase.

Items should be returned in an un-used, un-altered condition, in original packaging, with tracking information. Please note that SilverDog Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping costs, lost or damaged items.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.   Since they are created based on your individual request or design.   However I take pride in working individually with customers to design and make pieces via a personal step-by-step process and will work with you to the best of my ability to make the jewelry item you are hoping for.  Please feel free to contact me at any time to discuss custom orders here.
